with clip in 23 video you can clip and
multiply your content let's take a look
and how to use this feature I log into
my 23 video back end and in the overview
page I find the video that i just
uploaded I click on the video and I
choose the option called clip which I
find in the left sidebar let's say this
is a video i just shot with my phone I
now want to remove certain parts of the
video before I publish some parts in the
beginning and some and the end of the
video I simply use the handles on the
timeline to do this I pull the handle so
it matches the content I would like to
publish the marked areas will contain
what will be my new clipped version the
preview window on the left will provide
me with the current version of the video
when I'm happy with the preview I go to
the top right corner and click the
button called save video the original
file will then be replaced with the
clipped version I can always undo
clipping in the top right corner I find
the option called undo all clipping and
I'm then presented with the original
file I can also use clip to create
multiple shorter versions of my original
file in this case a video from a seminar
here at 23 at the seminar we had three
speakers so I want to create three
separate clips again I find myself in
the back end of my 23 video account I've
chosen the video that I want to clip i
scroll down and I choose the clip option
on the left sidebar what I now would
like to do is to take out three shorter
clips from this video I use the handles
to find the exact time frame and I can
even use the keynote shortcuts for
fine-tuning I use the preview window for
making sure I hit the right frames as I
am doing this multiple times I want to
mute the preview window after my first
clipping when i'm done i choose save as
new clip and i get the option of adding
a title right away when choosing save as
new clip a new clip with a unique video
ID is created I'm redirected this
I'll where I can add a new description
choose a suitable thumbnail and of
course share with my audience now what
I'll do is go back to the original file
and simply do it again I can also create
clips that contains multiple parts of
this video and then simply mark the
timeline again and these two marked
areas will become my new video as I
click Save below the video I can see all
the clips that has been created by the
same file good luck clipping
